With a background in professional sports and Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen, Severin collected 2+ years of experience in M&A and private equity.

During his time at various firms across small- to large-cap, including Bank of America, MCF Corporate Finance, and CONSTELLATION Capital, he detected various inefficiencies in the transaction processes that he started automating himself.

This ultimately prompted him to found Obsidian Deals where he aims to help SMB owners avoid long, expensive transactions and give them a real opportunity to find the perfect buyer for their business.
